At Fairytale Fable, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and personalized experience for each of our clients. High-quality costumes and performances and attention to detail are just a few things that set us apart from other similar companies. How do I book an experience with you?
First, visit the "Book Online" page to book your virtual event or service and any add ons you would like to include. After filling out our booking form and reserving your date, we will send you an email to confirm and finalize your booking!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. The deadline for booking is 2 days before the event or service time.
What type of events do you provide entertainment/services for?
In addition to virtual parties, we can provide entertainment and services for a variety of events, including corporate events, festivals, weddings, and more. If you have a specific type of event in mind, feel free to contact us and we can discuss your options.
What is your cancelation policy?
If a client wishes to cancel for any reason, the client may reschedule for any time after the event or service depending on availability. It can be rescheduled once, free of charge, as long as the rescheduling happens at least 2 days in advance of the event. If the client wishes to reschedule less than 2 days before the event (or more than once) then the client will be subject to a 15% rescheduling fee. If the client is canceling/rescheduling the day of the event, a 30% rescheduling fee will be charged.
How do I provide feedback about my experience with Fairytale Fable?
We always appreciate feedback from our clients! You can leave a review on Google, Facebook, or reach out to us directly via email or phone to share your thoughts.
How much should I tip performers/employees?
While tips are always appreciated, they are not mandatory. It is customary to offer around 20% of the total cost as a gratuity, but feel free to give what you feel comfortable with. Your generosity is greatly valued and helps support our team in providing exceptional service!

Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, we proudly serve the surrounding areas. However, for Virtual Parties, we extend our services to clients worldwide, bringing the magic of our experiences to anyone, anywhere.
Do you volunteer your services?
We are passionate about collaborating with numerous non-profit and charitable organizations to spread joy to as many people as possible. If you represent a non-profit or charity organization, we would be privileged to bring our magic to those in need. For further discussions, fundraising events, or sponsorship opportunities, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
What if I want a character or experience that you do not offer?
If you have a specific character or experience in mind that we don't currently offer, feel free to reach out to us with your request. We may be able to accommodate that character or experience for your event.
